Company History


PDA’s mission is to change the landscape of employee retention by offering comprehensive retention and rehire programs while providing employers with actionable data, allowing employers to be proactive in retention.

PDA opened its offices in Brentwood, Tennessee, in 2015 with a primary focus in the transportation and logistics industry. During its early years, PDA helped trucking companies by recruiting and placing truck drivers with carriers across the United States. After drivers were hired by our partner carriers, PDA maintained contact with drivers to help carriers retain them.

In 2018, PDA shifted its business model to focus strictly on employee feedback data collection, retention, and rehires. That shift in focus has allowed PDA to grow and expand exponentially over the last several years.

Now, with offices in Brentwood, Tennessee, and Van Buren, Arkansas, PDA has become an industry leader known for helping employers better understand their workforce, providing accurate and actionable data, and helping companies retain their most valuable asset, their employees.
